Returns

 

All returns are processed within 2–3 business days of arriving at the shoppe. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer when mailing items back to us.

We do not offer refunds. No exceptions. Eligible returns will receive store credit only. Store credit may be used toward the same item in a different size or toward a completely different item. Store credit never expires.

ALL SALE, CLEARANCE, DISCOUNTED, PROMOTIONAL, OR MARKED-DOWN ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR STORE CREDIT. No exceptions.

Store credit will be issued for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise that meets the return requirements outlined below.

Returns must be received in original, unused condition with tags ATTACHED and must include the original packing slip (return form) completed in full. If you cannot locate the original invoice, please print and include a copy of your order confirmation email. Returns received without supporting documentation may result in delays in processing store credit.

Returns must be postmarked within 15 (fifteen) days of the date your shipment is received. No exceptions. Any returns postmarked after 15 days will be rejected, and the customer will be responsible for paying a reshipping fee to have the merchandise returned.

For local pickups, the 15-day return window begins on the date the order is marked fulfilled.

Items that contain stains, odors (including cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant), animal hair, or show any signs of wear will not be accepted for return. Customers will be responsible for the reshipping fee if non-eligible items are returned.

Store credit is issued within 3 business days of the return arriving at the shoppe. You will receive an email notification once your store credit has been applied, along with instructions on how to redeem it. Store credit can be found under “Use Store Credit” within the Payment Method section at checkout.
